At Kayaam, orders are processed after confirmation by our sales team and delivered nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, with delivery timelines of 2–3 working days for major cities and 4–5 working days for other areas after dispatch. Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery provided items are unused, in original packaging with tags intact, while courier charges are borne by the customer and sale items or beauty products are non-exchangeable; exchange and return requests can be initiated via WhatsApp. If you prefer not to exchange, store credit is available under the same conditions, and refund requests can also be made within 30 days via WhatsApp, with a 100% invoice amount refunded after inspection through COD, bank transfer, HBL, or credit card within up to 2 working days, subject to bank fee deductions if applicable. In cases of our error, such as wrong items, damaged products, or incorrect sizes, Kayaam fully covers shipping charges and issues refunds without deductions.
