All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability, and by placing an order you make an offer to purchase under these Terms; Kayaam may refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, and may require you to create an account with accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as applicable, with payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to Rs. 49,999 and bank transfer or online payment for orders exceeding COD limits; delivery charges starting from Rs. 120 apply to all orders, and the minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 1,000, below which orders will not be processed. Delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 7 working days within Pakistan, though Kayaam is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond its control. Kayaam does not offer monetary refunds, and products are eligible for exchange only in cases of manufacturing defects, wrong items delivered, or damaged items received, provided they are returned unused, with original packaging and tags, within 7 days of delivery and subject to stock availability. By using the Site, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp communications related to orders, products, and offers, with the option to unsubscribe at any time. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services for which Kayaam holds no responsibility regarding content, quality, or safety.
